Who we are

The Arttop 360 platform is provided by Arttop Investment Company (CR 7028478191), 7055 Salahuddin Al Ayyubi Rd, Al Zahra Dist., Riyadh 12811, Secondary No. 2176, Saudi Arabia.

What data we process

Account data: name, email address and mobile number when provided.

Establishment data entered by the subscriber and its users — owned by the subscriber and processed on its behalf solely to provide the service.

Technical logs needed to run and secure the service, such as sign-in times and errors.

How we protect data

Each establishment’s data is isolated on the server, permissions are enforced in the database, connections and storage are encrypted, and each establishment is backed up nightly.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data or share it for marketing. We rely on infrastructure providers (cloud hosting and email delivery) only to run the service, and in Saudi Arabia invoices are sent to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority when the subscriber activates the integration.

Retention and export

The establishment admin can download all its data at any time. When a subscription ends, the establishment stays read-only for 30 days and then locks; data is deleted only at the subscriber’s request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, through the channels on the Contact page or in-app support.
