The service

Arttop 360 is a cloud business-management program offered as a per-establishment subscription by Arttop Investment Company.

Trial and subscription

Each establishment gets one free 14-day trial within the chosen plan’s inclusions.

Subscriptions are monthly or yearly at the published prices for the selected country before tax; usage beyond inclusions and add-ons is billed monthly at the published rate.

Subscriber responsibilities

The subscriber is responsible for the accuracy of what it enters, its users’ permissions, and its regulatory and tax obligations; the program is a tool that helps with them.

Data

Establishment data belongs to the subscriber, who may download it at any time. When a subscription ends it stays read-only for 30 days and then locks until renewal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
